• Help and questions — anything about using Cashly.
• Privacy requests — a copy of your information, corrections you can’t make in-app, deleting your account when you can’t reach the app, removing guest details someone entered about you, or a privacy complaint.
• Security — if you think you’ve found a vulnerability, tell us here. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before sharing it publicly.
• Abuse — reporting a user or content, if the in-app report feature isn’t enough.

What to expect

For requests that touch your account or data, we’ll ask for enough information to locate the account and verify that you’re its owner before acting, and we never disclose another person’s information while handling a request.

We aim to reply within a few working days.
